Area Zero Games is an online-only retailer of factory-sealed trading card product, based in Sydney. We do not operate a public counter — every order is dispatched from our Rhodes fulfilment address with tracking.

We answer messages within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend are answered the following Monday.

If you're writing about an existing order, include your order number — it's in your confirmation email and starts with #. For anything damaged in transit, attach photos of both the item and the outer packaging; Australia Post requires them for a claim and it saves us a round trip.

Before you write

• Preorders — release dates and cancellation terms are in our Cancellations policy. You can cancel any preorder for a full refund at any time before it's dispatched.
• Postage costs — a flat rate by order weight, the same to any address in Australia. The exact amount shows at checkout before you pay.
• Sealed product condition — minor shelf wear to outer packaging is normal in bulk-distributed product. If you need mint packaging for display or grading, ask us first and we'll tell you the condition of what we're holding.
